Jahangir Khan Tarin's brother commits suicide in Lahore

 



Jahangir Khan Tarin's brother and PSL franchise Multan Sultans' owner Alamgir Tarin committed suicide today at his apartment in Gulberg Lahore by shooting in his head, confirmed by local police and Tarin family members.


This was discovered by the deceased servant who arrived at his apartment at 10am to woke him up but he didn't reply. He peeked into the room through a window and found him covered with blood. Servant immediately informed Jahangir Tarin about the tragic incident. 

The deceased left a note before committing suicide describing illness behind the move.But close friends told that they were unaware of any kind of disease to Alamgir Tarin. 


Alamgir Khan Tareen was 63 years of age and living alone in his apartment in Gulberg Lahore. According to social media reports he was engaged and to be married in December this year. 


Why Alamgir Khan Tareen committed suicide 

According to social media reports loneliness was the main cause of his suicide. He was living alone in an apartment in Gulberg Lahore where he commit suicide by shooting into his head.


Who is Alamgir Tarin?

He studied at Government College Lahore and later on went to USA, there he had bachelor's degree from university of California Berkeley and a masters from Yale University. 


According to Multan Sultans website( Janoobis.com) Mr. Alamgir Khan Tareen  established  name for himself as a leading businessman in South Punjab.

 Mr. Tareen was the Managing Director of Shamim and Company (Pvt) Ltd, which is the official bottler and franchise of PepsiCo for South Punjab and has been at the helm of the affairs since 1990.

 Additionally, Mr. Tareen operates one of the largest water purification plants in the country.
