Session court declare tosha khana case against Imran Khan admissible



 Islamabad's district and sessions court announced his reserved decision regarding admissibility of toshakhana case and maintained his previous decision.


Additional district and sessions judge set 12 July date to proceed further in the case and on same date witnesses have been summoned for testimony.

Earlier additional district and sessions judge rejected the plea of PTI chief Imran Khan challenging the admissibility of the case.


Imran Khan's lawyers approached Islamabad High Court and challenged the sessions judge decision which was overturned by Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Aamir Farooq and sent back case to sessions court for re-examination in seven days.


Additional sessions judge expressed annoyance on non appearance of PTI lawyer Khawaja Haris and the accused Imran Khan despite repeated summons.


Imran khan and his lawyers are employing delaying tactics to disrupt the court proceedings since long.
